By accessing, browsing, and/or using our Sites that link to this Privacy Policy, you agree to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, including the collection, use, and disclosure of your information, as described in this policy. Sigma does not knowingly sell information of any kind.

Site Usage Information

Disclosures to Third Parties

Corporate Family

We may share some or all of your Personal Information with any current or future affiliate (which means a parent company, subsidiary, joint venture, or other company that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Sigma), in which case we will require the affiliate to honor this Privacy Policy. If another company acquires Sigma (or a business unit of Sigma that uses your Personal Information), the Personal Information collected by Sigma will be transferred to that company, and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information. The new company’s Privacy Policy may govern further protection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information.
